- All sponsorship and donation requests must be received on official organization
letterhead.
- Please include the date, time and location of the event.
- Please include how the item will be used: Silent auction, raffle, door
prize, live auction.
- Please include the type of event and who the beneficiary is.
- Please include the name, address and phone number of the contact person
for the organization.
- We do not mail items: They must be picked up at the Grande Rewards Club
at the Colorado Grande Casino.
The Colorado Grande Casino receives a large number of sponsorship and donation
requests and we try to accomodate as many as possible. We will contact you
generally within 2 weeks of your request.
